The process to apply to live in a Strawberry Health Care village is straightforward.

 

• Complete the preliminary application form from the drop down menu, (which will be activated when our first home is in a position to start receiving applications.​) You will then be contacted by a member of the Strawberry Care assessment team.

 

• The Strawberry Health Care assessment team will work through the Lifestyle Questionaire with the resident and close family members to evaluate the lifestyle, values and needs.

​

The Lifestyle Questionaire helps us to gather the relevant information about their lifetime experiences which are the most important elements when establishing an individual care programme.
