Little Court Strawberry Village, Haverhill
Work is underway to obtain planning permission on a 6acre site just north of Haverhill which in the first instance will accommodate a 120 bed Strawberry Care Village on approximately 2.5 acres of the site.
Developed by CARE the planning approval is expected to be obtained by the end of the year 2020 and on site spring 2021 with completion autumn 2022.
Discussions are underway with stakeholders and organisations working with dementia in the county to bring other uses related to dementia care onto the site as part of the village concept.
